payment

Payment in full is due upon the reservation.

Payment can be made by VISA, MasterCard or American Express (through Paypal), Canadian cheque or wire transfer made payable to B2 Holdings Ltd., 5658 Falkland Street, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, B3K 5X4.

Rates include all service and cleaning fees. Applicable taxes are additional.

cancellation

We understand that travel plans can change and we aim to provide a flexible and fair cancellation policy. However, we cannot be responsible for travel delays, health issues, inclement weather, and the like. Due to the limited number of lofts that we have available, the following cancellation policy applies to all reservations:

A 100% refund* is provided for cancellations at least 14 days before check-in.

A 50%* refund is provided for cancellations from 7 to 13 days before check-in.

No refund is provided for cancellations for 7 days or less before check-in.

*An additional 50$ administration fee will be retained for all cancellations.

pets

The Rosebay Loft at B2 is a dog-friendly place.

Prior notification is required to bring your dog onsite.

Pet-friendly arrangements are not applicable to the remainder of our lofts.

No parties

For the comfort and enjoyment of neighbouring guests, B2 Lofts has a strict no-parties policy which applies to each one of the six lofts.

No smoking

B2 Lofts is a non-smoking environment. Failure to honour this policy may result in an additional cleaning fee of 300$.
