arrival & departure

Your loft will be ready at 3:00pm the day of arrival. Check out time is 10:00am. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements for early check-in.

 

location instructions

Each of our six lofts is accessible with a unique keyless access code. Details for accessing the loft will be provided prior to check-in.

All of our lofts are located on the second storey of the building and guests must climb stairs for access, with the exception of the ground-level, wheelchair accessible Rosebay Loft.

 
 
 

parking

There is no onsite designated parking at B2 Lofts. Street parking in the area is generally not very prohibitive, however availability of parking spaces in Old Town Lunenburg may be reduced during peak tourism season.

Additional guests

Each of our lofts is unique and rates are based on single or double occupancy per closed bedroom. Our additional guest rate of 20$ per person per night applies to our lofts featuring additional sleeping arrangements (sofa-bed or sleeping loft). These include: Rosebay Loft, Tancook Loft and Stonehurst Loft. Up to 2 additional guests may stay in each of the above-mentioned lofts.

 

Single occupancy

A 10% discount is available for a single-occupancy stay in the Bayswater Loft. To apply this discount, please request it upon reservation.

 

infants & kids

Guests of all ages are welcome at B2 Lofts. We have a pack-and-play crib available for guest use. Please request use of the crib upon reservation to ensure its availability.

 

wifi & smart tv

B2 Lofts provides Wi-fi internet access for all our guests. Network connection details are provided in each loft. Additionally, each of our lofts has a flat screen Smart TV, providing 100+ channels through the 'CH PLUS free' app.

 

safety & comfort

The newly designed and renovated B2 Lofts meets all safety standards. Each loft is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a sprinkler system and emergency lighting.
